Praising Him

Well, it's Friday. This has been a week to say TGIF!! And how exciting the last 26 hours have been! James came over to help Stevie put in our new door (no more heating the outside!) and when he got here he told us that either Autumn was coming home or was home. We couldn't believe our eyes when we got on their blog...she's home! They're home! It will be awhile before we'll see her in person but knowing she's recovering so well makes the wait worth it! I'd like to ask if you would pray for Stevie's daughter, Shelly. I called her this evening to check on her, and she had a really bad day today. She had to witness the driver and final result of the driver driving on the wrong side of the road down M20 this morning. She's full of "what if's" and has been thinking about coming to church with us for awhile, so please pray for peace of mind and to give that extra "boost" to get her to come to church with us! I'm Back!

Well I have to admit that I'm much better at checking everyone else's blogs, but not getting on our own. Ours just isn't as exciting as the others. What was exciting is yesterday we had VISITORS. And not just 1, or 2, or 3, or 4....but FIVE people. We rarely have visitors so I was pretty happy! Love visitors but my house is never in "shape" for visitiors. PS and a buddy came by to get an item for the auction and Sep called and talked to Stevie boy and was gonna stop by and look at our roof then BAM, he stopped at home and got Ally :) and Tucker. Nice visit! Wish I could have had about a 5 minute notice to clean the island off with one big sweep :) I pretty much took the week off after getting the big ole root canal on Tuesday. It was rough on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday but much better on Friday. So much better that Stevie boy and I went shopping, at Menards! :) I like Menards and dread when it comes to Mt. Pleasant...more shopping :) I've tried adding a few friends blog sites on ours but I'm quite new at this and it took me a few days to find out how to get to here to submit another blog. Well I'm going to sign off but not before giving praise to God for the works He's continually doing in all of our lives, but more so because of the works He's doing in Autumn!

Ok, we are a part of the elite now. Don't ask me what I'm doing because I'm not sure. I'm creating a post. A post for what or where? Don't ask me, I'm not sure. Maybe once I hit "publish post" below I'll see what kind of damage I've done :)
